  Premesso che di quest'uomo leggerei anche la lista della spesa, in questo romanzo riconferma in toto la sua sublime e somma capacità narrativa. C'è tutto... tutto!!   Premesso che di quest'uomo leggerei anche la lista della spesa, in questo romanzo riconferma in toto la sua sublime e somma capacità narrativa. C'è tutto... tutto!! Una trama affascinante, la fotografia di un'America anni '60 che rende nostalgici tutti quelli che non l'hanno vissuta, l'Amore.. come mai King aveva raccontantato prima, il senso filosofico del "e se..." che pervade tutto il libro, la perfezione della prosa e la cura dei dettagli.
  Non si può rimanere indifferenti a tutto questo!

  Ps.L'incontro a Derry con Beverly Marsh e Richie Tozier, due ragazzi che fanno parte de "Il gruppo dei Perdenti", protagonisti del romanzo It, mi ha quasi commosso!!! ;)

  The Master overdoes himself again.
  Awesome story, touching, entertaining, thrilling, surprising... also, for the old-time fans, he manages to beep-beep Richie. A small but great cameo.
  Really amazing.

  Ritengo che i viaggi nel tempo siano pretesti accattivanti e che prestino a plot elaborati, a cambi di scena e ribaltamenti di ogni genere.
  Mi aspetto che in 800 pagine questo possa accadere.
  Nonostante questo, King non lo fa: la sua trama poteva benissimo stare in 100-150 pagine.

  Mi aspetto che in 800 pagine questo possa accadere.
  Nonostante questo, King non lo fa: la sua trama poteva benissimo stare in 100-150 pagine.
  Questo libro è ben scritto ma non mi affascina come non mi affascina l'autore. Per questo non posso andare oltre al 2.

  Premetto: è il primo libro di Stephen King che leggo. Mi sono lasciata convincere dalle recensioni entusiastiche e da un amico che lo leggeva con frenesia.   Premetto: è il primo libro di Stephen King che leggo. Mi sono lasciata convincere dalle recensioni entusiastiche e da un amico che lo leggeva con frenesia. Lo avevo lasciato, poi ho deciso di dargli un'altra chance sperando che migliorasse. Una delusione totale. Ho trovato questo libro lungo, noioso, smielato e terribilmente scontato, avevo previsto quasi tutto. Ho faticato molto a finirlo.
